38. The award is binding on the parties, final, without appeal, and enforceable in accordance with articles 645 and 646 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01).
Articles 642, 643, and 644 of the Code of Civil Procedure apply, with the necessary modifications, to an arbitration held pursuant to this Regulation.

Articles 945, 945.3, and 945.5 to 945.8 of the Code of Civil Procedure apply, with the necessary modifications, to an arbitration held pursuant to this Regulation.
